How Much Coffee Is Normal In A Day

We all enjoy drinking coffee and for some of us a day can’t start without it. But how much coffee is normal to drink in one day and what are the consequences of drinking to much coffee?
Coffee can became a really addiction if we aren’t to carefully. When it comes to drinking coffee people can be divided into different categories.
We have those ones that drink coffee only sometimes, when they go out with some friends for a quick chat. There are people that can’t start the day without a coffee and the first thing that they make when they get up in the morning is to go into the kitchen directly to the kettle or the coffee filter. Well, you should probably take breakfast before that; coffee on empty stomach is not such a good idea. We have the smoking lovers that can’t smoke without drinking a coffee, and we often hear that one without the other just can’t work. I often saw and isn’t the best habit that this kind of people keep on smoking cigarette after cigarette until the entire cup on coffee ends. Well, do you think that this is healthy? And we also have the ones that if they have 5 cups of coffee in front of them, they will keep on drinking without even noticing how much they drink. This is my case , too, and it isn’t healthy, neither.
No one says that coffee is a bad thing. Not at all. We all enjoy it and sometimes we use it as an excuse just for going out. Even doctors recommend it in certain cases. For example, it you have a massive headache you can put a little bit salt into your cup of coffee and you’ll se that in a couple a minutes it will disappear. Also, if you have problems with blood pressure, coffee may be helpful in this issue, too. But just in case of low voltage. Drink a cup of stronger coffee and soon it will return to its normal values. It really works, I can tell you from experience.
We always hear that if you drink to much coffee you won’t be able to sleep all night. This is a case that we can’t take is as granted. This differs, however, depending on each person’s body. There are women & men who consume coffee, even late in the evening and at night they sleep peacefully, but there are cases where coffee excess can harm when it comes to sleep.
Not even doctors can say which is the appropriate quantity of coffee that we cam regular drink, but it comes to us to see how our body support it and how harmful or good is for us.
